We've actually only had 1 person have the problem we posted on the front page of 300degree.com (so 'reports' is overstating the issue). We found a couple more parts in inventory from the same lot that had the same threading problem after 100% inspection. Yes, we immediately resolved the problem to the customer's satisfaction and would do the same for anyone else with authentic 300 Degree fuel rails.
We can't say how many parts out of the that lot might have this problem, but it is statistically slim based on the number we captured here and the number of problems reported back to us (1) vs. the size of the lot. We decided to post the notification on our front page to catch anyone else having issues since very few of that lot's numbers haven't been claimed through the registration process regardless.
